Please find another carrier. Don't waste your time with cricket. My fiance has the insurance through asurion and we can't get any help. We called the cricket store and her exact words were "we can't do anything on our end to help you." Okay, well then why do you all do business with asurion anyway?
Robert provided excellent customer services, was very friendly and very helpful providing a professional service, and a great shopping experience.
I have visited this store quite a few times. The store manager Loriel was an excellent saleswoman. She was pleasant to work with and explained the questions I had perfectly.
