I would give them 100 stars if possible. My husband has 6-year-old level in the metal trim started to come off. So I reached out to them on a Tick Tock page to see about getting it repaired, and received a message back from a man named Michael. He's asked for me to send photos of the problem and serial # and I sent them to him. He said that he would get in touch with production and have a new level sent out.
