I bought sets of adult and kids furnature, and couldn't be more happy. Didn't have to pay top dollar for top furniture. Sales department was unbelievably straight forward. Planning on returning.
If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered a bed for my daughter and expected delivery was in four weeks. Here we are 8 and 1/2 weeks later and it was just delivered today. There were many phone calls and a trip to the store to get this done. Now they are here putting it together and parts are missing. Now my daughter has no bed to sleep in tonight and someone needs to be home after 3pm again tomorrow so these guys can comeback with the missing parts. I don't recommend this place and will NEVER go there again!
I spent about $3,000 at this place. When they delivered the bedroom set, they didn't have the whole order (one of two mattresses missing), the delivery guy had to borrow my drill, they charged me $20 to take the boxes with them, and they left the room a mess. When I called to complain, all they had to say is they was they never had a complaint like this before. UPDATE: They've offered to knock $80 buck off the bill once the second mattress gets here. I'll report back.
