We rented a crib for our stay at Rosemary Beach this past week. Per online instructions we provided the company with our rental unit address, property managers phone number, and gave instructions on where to place the crib In the house. When we arrived at the property the crib and mattress were left outside in the elements - great sanitary practices for a company that caters to infants. So sorry that this customer had a seemingly, bad experience. It was a matter of following instructions for our pick up date. I have sent an entire file of verbal and written communications and instructions that she received, to BBB. This lady had a bad day with family issues and traveling with small children (stress she says), and taking it out on me and my company. This is unacceptable for slander on my company. This needs to be removed ASAP before I file a slander suit on this person for false reporting.
Great service. 2 high chairs for twins. Prompt delivery and pick up. Could not ask for more. Highly recommend.
At first we received a more soft quality mattress, but once I called to request a harder one they sent someone after hours and switched the mattress out. They went out of their way to do this because all of the drivers were done for the day and she made sure I was satisfied . I would make sure they know what type of mattress you want when ordering because everyone is different. Pleasure working with them. Also, the crib was there once we arrived, which was a plus.
I was very displeased with the quality of the mattresses provided. I rented a crib for my four-month old baby and upon our arrival found that the mattress was extremely soft and the outer lining was covered in a thick, nonbreathable plastic. It was so soft that I did not feel comfortable allowing my baby to sleep on it for fear that he would suffocate.
