We purchased 2 sets of cribs for life from this location. They were amazing. When I gave my son's set to a young couple. It had been beaten up from being moved from one location to storage a couple of times. They told me to bring it to the store, they would restore it and make it look brand new and provide new hardware at no cost. They did an amazing job. CRIB 4 LIFE HAS THE. WORST. CUSTOMER. SERVICE. EVER........ EVER !!!!! ..... These people are rude and do not care about their customers .... This past August 2016 we purchased a full set for the baby that back then we were expecting, and they gave us a delivery estimated date of 8-10 weeks. Good so far. The first set of furniture that I purchased from Cribs 4 Life was great. We liked it so much that we wanted the same for our daughter. We purchased the same set, just a different color. Jim was very helpful and nice when we purchased it. We did not have the furniture set up since by the time it was delivered we were in the process of packing up our house for a move out of state. Customer service is the absolute worst i have ever experienced. So much that I'll even say you get better service from a fast food drive thru in the middle of night. The product is great but the service is absolutely horrid, they do not care about the consumer who spends a nice amount of money for this product. As these cribs and dressers are not inexpensive, they don't care the thousands of dollars you can spend as a repeat customer they f•ck you royally the day before delivery and then day if you don't like it they will ca... read more

The most amazing thing about this store is the great story that the owner Jim tells the clients about why he is located next to a Baby's R Us. He explains how he can offer a superior product at a comparable price to his corporate competitor. Unfortunately, that is not accurate or even close to accurate in our case. When you are dealing with pregnant clients you have a duty to respond appropriately within a timeframe. I don't even know where to begin. My experience purchasing this furniture has been nothing short of a nightmare. Jim the manager is the absolute worst. He's rude and condescending and treats you like trash. I ordered my furniture 3 months ago and was promised it would be here in "2 weeks". Needless to say it was delayed. Good product Horrific customer services and owner – I have waited 4 months to write this review as I was too upset too write this when it was all said and done. Amazing! Even after 9 years! – I purchased my first Crib to College set 9 years ago... it is still in amazing condition. To this day my siblings and I have purchased 5 sets of nursery (crib to college) sets from Cribs 4 Life. They have always been amazing and so helpful.
