they locking you for years
IT/Support is horrendous. Our resort has been without phones for 26 hours and I called from my cell to follow up and they had closed the ticket! No phones still! When I spoke with their level 1 support they told me the issue was resolved! It hasn’t been! And no manager or supervisor will speak to us. We haven’t been able to make calls or receive them for 26 hours. That is lost revenue and income! Horrible company. Would NOT recommend Crexendo in any capacity.
It took over 3 months to even set up text messages. Horrible support, you create a ticket through them virtually, they send pre recorded responses, and then say the most ridiculous solution. For me I am still getting text notifications from clients that have already been read a week ago and the solution gave to me was to just delete my conversation every time I am done Also the lady that sold me on this told me that since I was a nonprofit that crexendo always cuts bonus checks for those organizations. Beware! It seems that customer service is not a priority at this company. We have been a long time customer of Crexendo. We recently upgraded our phones. We purchased 9 Phones, 2 Wireless headsets and signed a 5 year contract. One of our headsets stopped working so I contacted support. The support team was very proficient at trouble shooting the issue. After numerous phone calls and emails, I was told I had to contact the manufacturer and deal with them.
