In my dealings with him, V.D. Rodgers comes across impolite, haughty, and troublesome to work with. His interpersonal skills, including listening and information retention, are in my estimation, below average. While I do find him to be of above average intelligence, he seemed to experience significant difficulty in grasping what I needed him to know to be effective.
