I want to thank Kim Maddy at the North Port branch for all of her customer service that went above and beyond! Crews is the third bank in less than a month that I have tried to place our business account with and the only one that had someone in-house that would give the type of customer care that I'd expect to receive from a bank. She cared and did everything she could to resolve any issue that we had with technical problems as fast and easy as she could.
