Drivers be aware of this tech at the Deland terminal! I was at this terminal and asked about reporting a truck service issue. Unfortunately, this shop tech I spoke with was very rude and dismissive when I asked a simple question. This left a bad impression of the terminal’s professionalism. Drivers shouldn’t have to deal with lazy, disrespectful employees when trying to keep equipment safe and running.
