Deland, Fl terminal is the worst I’ve ever been to including other companies I’ve been at. To someone who has never been here before there is no room to turn around and do NOT drive all the way to the back with a trailer. Lucky me got there at 7:00pm 15 minutes before dark and no signs saying anything about where trucks with trailers shouldn’t go. Responding to Heather Dillon's "review" as well as any other ignorant cereal box license holders: You admitted to traveling in the middle lane going the speed limit. Trucks aren't allowed in the far left lane. Why weren't you in the right lane? The middle lane is the truck passing lane. This is why you got flashed. You were obstructing the truck passing lane. Drivers be aware of this tech at the Deland terminal! I was at this terminal and asked about reporting a truck service issue. Unfortunately, this shop tech I spoke with was very rude and dismissive when I asked a simple question. This left a bad impression of the terminal’s professionalism. Drivers shouldn’t have to deal with lazy, disrespectful employees when trying to keep equipment safe and running.
