I came to the facility for future volunteering. Everyone was exceptionally professional, helpful and friendly. Ms. April requested that fill out precautionary / safety paperwork for the resident’s safety. Crestwood Center was the second elderly facility I visited. The other home was okay, but Crestwood was head and shoulders better.
I'd like to say Crestwood Center is very clean, and the staff is respectful. the Ann M. Which is an LPN went above and beyond trying to find something for my family to eat due to him not able to eat his dinner ( Ham n cheese sandwich) Also his bed wheels didn't lock very well Ann M did whatever she could to make it safe for him to get in and out of bed safely.
