Great staff. My dad was given a room after he had a stroke and was sent to hospital. Extended rehab necessary. And here is where he came. We are a large caring family. We visited often at hospital. And now we do the same here. The staff is patient kind caring and I am grateful to those who see him and care for him daily. His condition has changed. THE FIVE STAR REVIEW SHOULD SAY IT ALL. WHEN I GOT TO CRESTWOOD CENTER I COULD NOT COMMUNICATE. AT. ALL. I NOW KNOW I HAD UNDETECTED SEIZURES IN MY BRAIN THAT NEITHER FACILITY WAS AWARE OF UNTIL I TOLD THE HOSPITAL LATER WITH COMPLETE AND. TOTAL RECALL. I NOW HAVE RETINAL DAMAGE TO MY EYES. AND DAMAGE TO MY HEARING AS WELL. THAT FIRST DAY I WAS SO COLD AND I NEEDE THE BATHROOM. I CALLED HELP TO THE CURTAIN AND CONNOR CAME. HE KNEW WHAT TO DO. PUT ME ON A COMMODE. YES AND DRESSED.
