I'd like to say Crestwood Center is very clean, and the staff is respectful. the Ann M. Which is an LPN went above and beyond trying to find something for my family to eat due to him not able to eat his dinner ( Ham n cheese sandwich) Also his bed wheels didn't lock very well Ann M did whatever she could to make it safe for him to get in and out of bed safely. A home like environment I would send my family.
I was very happy with my visit at Crestwood Center. Neat and clean, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Asked resident if he was happy there, and he said that everyone there was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend Crestwood Center to any one needing this type of facility.
The staff at Crestwood has consistently been friendly, helpful, professional and attentive. Wonderful people. The facility could use an upgrade - nothing expensive but it’s beginning to look and feel a bit worn. And dated. The staff at Crestwood are exceptional
