My dad was in this nursing home. It was a miserable 2 months. From his clothes disappearing, not getting enough to drink, not having help to get to the bathroom, and the dr. waiting to long to find out he had blockages in his legs. The office personnel isn't available on a daily basis. The director's of nursing will make a plan to supposedly make things better but that plan isn't followed through. We are pleased to have our loved one in Crestwood Ridge care, and thankful for all the staff members who have been so helpful and patient. It helps to know he is in their care as we can no longer be his caregiver, special people in this profession no doubt.
Love the atmosphere, staff, building has came a long way and continues to grow. Activities, and time spent with residents warms my heart. Coworkers have become work family.
