I was referred to this facility and a woman answered who did not understand when I said I was referred by another facility. She then said she is alone there and she is a business so why was I calling. I asked you soeak to someone else and said she had a vo worker and hung up. I called again and asked for the owners number as I was referred there and when I asked for someone else she handed the phone to Jane. Best facility ever to leave in ,caring staff and good management.
Terrible terrible facility there! I called to speak to someone in management for my uncles care and the man behind the phone would not give me his name and he rudely hung up on me I’m trying to get my family member moved ASAP!!!
Wonderful facility! Clean and well kept with a wonderful staff.
