It's been a year since my dad passed here. I felt there were multiple problems and I felt I had to be there every day. Putting a loved one in a care facility should give you a piece of mind, but this place didn't. They moved my Dad multiple times without contacting me(POA), I would find out when I'd arrive to see him and his room was empty. My mom went to get completely healed after broken leg and the doctor told me she was going home different day. The admissions director was rude and no communication that they didn't tell us getting out they knew week before. Argued with me. Told me was able do everything which is lie knowing no one can physical help.
