Best bank EVER! We’ve had excellent customer service, zero transaction errors, and an extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. We had all our business with a larger bank but we were very unhappy there. I opened one account with CresCom, just to try them out. The banking experience was amazing so we moved all our accounts to CresCom. CresCom in N. Myrtle Beach has been completely different and we will definitely keep all of our business there! They go above and beyond to provide all the resources we need.

Just as soon as I can get my direct deposit transferred to another company or go back to having it mailed, I am done , yes they are friendly tellers but are extremely inadequate in refunds due to fraudulent withdrawals, causing overdraft fees , yet they don’t check or email customers asking if they make purchases that are already suspicious, immediately withdrawal, one day I was supposedly in another foreign country making a purchase and was back the next morning at the drive thru upst they approved the transaction, but took... read more

I stopped by the window to cash a check written to me. I sent the check and my SC DL through. The teller asked "What are we doing?" I advised I was cashing the check and explained that the account holder (my husband) was buying a vehicle. The last two bits of information were not really any of his business but I had no reason to be vague. The teller returned to the window with the envelope and said, "We just need a bit more information since you are not on the account." Ok. "Do you have an occupation?"
