This has the most rude tellers I have been here several times to cash checks and I think that they are taking lessons on how to be rude. My advice is to go across to the other branch. They will greet you with a smile and a great thank you

THIS IS NOT A NICE BANK. Couldn't access online account, but got charged $60 to get statements. Another business customer could not access their online account either. I guess the "standards" don't actually mean anything...we closed our business account since this is "customer service."
Very rude staff!
