Very professional atmosphere with lunch served daily by Chefs, caring for seniors citizens in an exceptional manner. Able to moving in personal furniture bedroom and anything to accommodate the individual. Good job Holiday Crescent!
I'm kind of torn on this review. My Grandfather lived here for almost 2 years. So this may be long. In the beginning, the food was excellent but as time went on, the food got worse. I did notice some of the employees, mainly in the cafeteria, talking "rough" to residents. They weren't very compassionate for those hard of hearing or not understanding what was being asked of the resident. In July, my Grandfather fell & broke his leg. Crescent Heights is home for me. With many caring friends and staff members. There is always something fun to do. I invite you to come and see for yourself what a wonderful place this is.
We love Crescent heights! My grandparents live there and are very happy and I know that I don’t have to worry about them. There are many activities to keep them busy and I have the pleasure of teaching dance fitness classes twice a week which is such a joy!
My experience has been wonderful here. The staff and activities are very good.
