I Visited a friend there and the faculty was clean lovely decor and the residents were friendly and seemed to be having fun playing games.
While my Grandmother lived here the property management took excellent care of her. The location is very attractive, clean and well maintained.
My Mom had the privilege of living for 4 years in Crescent Heights Concord NC., She loved everything about it. The beautiful building, the activities, the residents, the staff and the love she felt from all. My Mom died from Dementia in August 2025, and there never a day that went by that she didn’t want to go home. Thank you staff for making my Mother feel so special durning her time with you. Crescent Heights is a beautiful community located in Concord, NC. The administration team there is top notch! They offer a variety of activities as well as have supportive services in place to ensure your loved one is taken care of so he/she can age in place. I would definitely recommend this community!
