(I heard that there are new owners, everyone in the past few years has given the new owners great reviews, so I'm withdrawing mine. Hell, I'll give it 5 Stars just to know that the old owner has left!!). Store owner is unpleasant, rude and condescending.. Overcharges for maintenance and parts. Don't recommend, but then I doubt many people would see this review before going there. Anyway, those are my two cents.
The owner took the time to find me a derailleur hanger that I couldn’t find anywhere. Friendly service and happy to help. 5 stars. Thanks mate. Legend.
This business is under new ownership/ management. I am the new owner & I will keep suppling Kempsey and surrounding areas down to Port Macquarie up to Coffs Harbour with sales, services and repairs to bicycles, mowers, power garden equipment small motors eg dirt bike.
These guys were awesome, nothing was too much trouble, they were very thorough, very friendly well priced. Will definitely book my bike services in with this business in the future.
