It's a SCAM. They tried to charge me 10x the purchased price. I placed an order for (36) 10ft pieces of steel that were priced 'per each' on their website. When I completed checking out, I was told my order qualified for free shipping. A few hours after placing the order I received an email from customer service stating it was a "computer glitch" and the free shipping didn't apply to pieces of that length. I was having trouble finding a source for clearly specified and reasonably priced H-taps, not in bulk (H-taps are a kind of compression connector used on residential overhead power lines). I eventually found Crescent Electric Supply's website, and they had what I needed, clearly specified (H-taps come in different sizes for different wire gauges, I was having trouble finding a source which made it clear what gauge the h-taps were for), and reasonably priced (many sources are extremely overpriced).
