Friendly people, but I'll never go back. I'm new to this area, so I went here for a part that the site said was in stock. It wasn't, so I ordered a couple of very small items that would fit in an envelope, and which supposedly were coming from another branch. When the products arrived *a week* later, I was presented a surprise additional $20 charge for shipping on a $15 order.
