Excellent helpful service here. I was in town for a special project for work and needed an unusual plug to make it work. Employee at the counter identified it for me but found the couldn't get it the same day; he then called someone he knew at a different chain and found it was available there. This saved me a full day of waiting compared to another retailer who also didn't have it. Thank you Crescent Electric!
Ordered a product that was “in stock”. Then received an email saying it had to be ordered from the manufacturer and would be 10 days. I tried to cancel the order twice with no response, as I needed it for work sooner than that. 3 weeks later the item showed up. Called and finally got someone who said they will take it back, but the email I received after the call said I would not be credited back the shipping cost, there is a restocking fee, and on top of that I have to pay to ship it back. Will never use this company again.... read more
