Working from a recommendation from one of the local big boxes (when we balked at their cost of LED remodel ceiling cans) we ended up over at Crescent Electric. Joe was able to source wonderful can insert LED units which use the existing plug socket to screw in - so no need for hard wiring. The manufacturer is Nicor and they easily cost less than half than the big box alternatives.
