I’ve always paid as promised reported me late 2 days before my last payment during Covid heartless I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone HORRIBLE SERVICE save your breath .
I lost everything because of taking a loan from this banking company, please people don’t get a loan from these bankers please!
The worst bank ever literally. Everything from high interest rate they charge with no customer service . The worst your time and money this bank is a rip off
They will NOT help with anything. Their customer service representatives are incompetent, and the supervisors are never available. Do NOT do anything with this bank.
Held the on time payment till it was late...reported it to the credit Bureaus. Said there was nothing that can do. Caused my credit score to drop by about 100 pts from their error. Refused to help in away. Other than saying when I submit a report to contest they wouldn't object.
