I see why they only have 2 stars, definitely should be 0. Lied about sending out paperwork. Had ro call and they lied about the sending it out. Question?, how was something sent out the 6th have a date for rhe 9th on it. I called on the 8th about my paperwork being sent out. They stated that my Title was sent out on the 6th and my completion letter would then follow on the 10th, but they kept lying saying that everything was mailed out on the 6th the given date, but really everything was sent out on the 10th smh. Horrible bank, I paid my car off and I never received my title.
They always help me and extend my loan if I can’t pay, even added it to the end of my agreement so I could catch up. Idk they’re not great but they’re not horrible. I’ve seen and heard worse. Remember they want your money, they need your money. You’re in charge not them
Worse car finance company ever literally if you get approved thru them do not except literally been going back and forth with them for 3 days and not one of problems has been solved at all. Horrible customer service. I would give zero stars but I can’t
