They always help me and extend my loan if I can’t pay, even added it to the end of my agreement so I could catch up. Idk they’re not great but they’re not horrible. I’ve seen and heard worse. Remember they want your money, they need your money. You’re in charge not them
Worse car finance company ever literally if you get approved thru them do not except literally been going back and forth with them for 3 days and not one of problems has been solved at all. Horrible customer service. I would give zero stars but I can’t
I have been making on time payments since I received my vehicle. And they cannot help out when needed by extending the payment to the end of the Financing agreement when I need it the most right now! I would highly recommend declining any financial service that they offer 110%
My sister has a car loan with them. They have been charging interest on her when she split her car payment in 2 payments. Then she asked for an extension. They lied and told her that they would move her payment to the end of the c0ntract to make it current and they didn't. Same representative answers all the time and he contradicts himself of what he can do. The manager as even admitted on the phone that they can not refinance her loan to help her or give her copies of the paperwork that she has requested from the telephone ... read more
Ok, so I had a little trouble. Turns out my ins. Made a mistake. They are taking forever to update the credit bureau now that my loans paid off. They did ok. If your getting your first car, there are worse lenders out there.
