With only three employees, the bank opened as City Bank & Trust. The name was later changed to Crescent Bank & Trust and is now referred to simply as Crescent Bank. Very helpful staff
My car note is through this bank and they have been very helpful for years, however within the last year or so they transitioned their customer service over to a 3rd party that is seemingly over seas. It's an absolute headache. The operators are now pushy and not personable at all.
