They ate helpful when you need them to be like during my surgery but sorry interest rates horrible there!
They have the worst customer service ever. I’ve had agents hang up on me, talk over me, and process the wrong amount when I try paying over the phone. I asked to pay $50. With the fee it would be $55. I even said “5-0” to the agent to make sure she had it right. Why did they process 10 more than what I asked?! Then she had the auditory to have an attitude with me!!! They try and give you the run around and refuse to do the most simple thing without acting like you’re stupid and don’t know what you’re talking about.
