Creo Pokeno is an inviting gym and helps you build confidence in yourself. Especially Coach Awesome (Shona) walking into the gym and being greeted by her just boots your drive and motivation and turns the frowns upside down. Her energy lights up the room and she’s always so friendly and approachable.

Pokeno Creo is such an amazing place to train. The environment is really positive, comfortable, and motivating as soon as you walk in. The staff are all so welcoming and friendly, which really makes a difference and sets the tone for the whole gym.
