I was not prepared to lose my father especially during a time when my mother was in a skilled nursing facility. Brian Tatro was absolutely wonderful, caring and compassionate. He graciously walked me through each step of the entire process and updated me every time there was a change in my father's location so I knew where he was at in the cremation process. My fiance and I worked with Brian from the Cremation Society of Placer County after the loss of our son and he was extremely pleasant, communicative, helpful and thoughtful through the entire time we worked with them. Brian made the entire process as painless as he could and constantly kept us updated via email and phone the whole time even through the holidays. The whole team at Cremation Society of Placer County is amazing and we appreciate everything they have done for us.
