I was very disappointed with the professionalism of the business. I called twice, was told I would recieve a call whether or not they would consider my business... a quite simple child custody access request. It's been a month and I've heard NOTHING. At the minimum, I should have a call to tell me the decision. I would have liked to known why not too!
Managed to get my paperwork signed the next day with no fuss. Lovely staff.
I dealt with James Vickers, I think his name was. Fantastic human, I can't recommend him enough.
