I will never recommend this place to anyone. The lady that I dealt with behind the counter treated me like I was less than a person, yelling everything at me like I was either def or dumb, with a judging look and mockery tone when responding to anything I'd asked or said. I left there offended and upset. Enough to steer anyone away from going here. Truthfully, I have never been treated so poorly or disrespected by someone who is suppose to be helpful. I live in Anacortes and drove down to see an item they had listed on Craigslist. I found them very accommodating and helpful. I went back down the next day and had them demonstrate it all over again. They did so with a great attitude and I ended up buying it from them. i am not sure what I was expecting having never bought anything from a pawn shop but this was overall a great experience and I would not hesitate to buy from them again.

Best pawnshop around! If your looking for a pawn shop that you can walk into with confidence, knowing you're going to get the deal, head over to Creighton's in Lynnwood! I only do business with the best of the best, honest people who are out for mutual benefit. I've found that at Creighton's. If you need a loan, something sold, or a great deal on high quality ANYTHING, come here first. You won't be disappointed (:

I disagree with you. I have done business with this pawn shop before and as a repeat customer, I have always been satisfied with their customer service and the politeness they give a person,, if your trying too sell JUNK, your lucky that they even would try to accommodate you. i give them a 5 star rating.

Wish i could give them ZERO stars DO NOT GO TO THIS PAWN SHOP! Whether it's to pawn, sell or buy!! They will pay you less than other places, "look up" your item(s) online and give you unrealistic prices, pay you dirt for out-right buys, and don't even get me started on what they sell... They tried to sell me a 5+ year old DVD for $20 -- I found it elsewhere for $7.... The employees are NOT helpful, knowledgeable, or respectful -- and always look dishoveled and are grumpy, rude, swear in front of anyone (my young child includ... read more
