My soon to be 99 year old mother was welcomed to Creekside on the red carpet! The care she is receiving exceeds my expectations. The staff is accommodating and management is efficient. A special shoutout to “Berta” who my mom now calls her bestie. She has found her “home” away from home!
Dementia/memory care wing is a border line care. Missing sheets on beds, feces on mattresses, dirty floors, rude and abusive staff, no one addresses any concerns or complaints. I will not even leave my dog to be cared by this establishment.
Berta Turner is truly a blessing. My father was guided through the process with Berta.Wr couldn't imagine him any place else.
It was a beautiful experience touring your facility. Ms Turner was amazing and so knowledgeable, answering any question I had. She speaks on your facility with so much passion
