This is absolutely appalling and unacceptable behavior from the management and staff at New Osprey Senior Court. It is clear that there is a severe lack of proper care and attention being given to the residents, which is completely unacceptable in a senior living facility. Leaving a palliative resident in a discomforting and restraining manner, as well as neglecting another resident who was suffering from a stroke for hours, is inexcusable. Beautiful, caring compassionate caregivers and an awesome crew for cleaning, medical, entertainment, outings, and cooking. We couldn't be happier for the care our mother is receiving.
