Creekside’s favorite saying is “we didn’t sell you the car. I completely paid my loan off one lump sum, so the other day, I was running my credit for something and the man asked me what is Creekside can you explain? I said I don’t owe Creekside no money. I paid them one lump sum. He said they had me on my credit report showing a charge off. I do not owe them No money paid it all off so I don’t know what they’re talking about., so anybody that’s trying to get a loan through Creekside or have a loan and you pay it off make sure you check your credit 😡
Ive had two car loans through creekside and have always had a wonderful experience. Everyone has always been super friendly and nice. Every time I call the Asheville Location; Debbie or Melissa assist me and they are always so sweet kind and helpful. I definitely recommend. Wonderful people to work with!
Recently got an auto loan through this company, they were fast, professional, reliable, and considerate! Would recommend to anyone that will make their payments ON TIME and keep GOOD standing!
please investigate the reviews on a company before you get a loan from them! I used this company for a $1000 loan and i was late a couple times but always paid in fact i know that after paying on this loan for over a year i've completed my loan so i call to get the pay off and they say i owe $1000 i was floored! how is this possible? evidently the man that did my loan had signed me up for a insurance that doubled my loan. i don't believe the car is worth that much and i would not recommend this company!
