Always a great experience! We purchased our bikes there three years ago and continue to take them there for service. Upgraded my bike after thousands of miles with a newer model: Ranger 2.0. The bluffs on the banks of the Mississppi River are going to be a breeze as I commute from Iowa to Illinois.

And how many companies check on you throughout the year, to see if the bike is working well and to see if we have any questions?! Pretty rare to have such great customer care AFTER the sale!
