Have been trying for over a year to get a response from our customer service rep to cancel our service and make arrangements for sending back equipment. No response to letters, including certified, or emails or phone calls. Even tried the supervisor with no response. Our bank account continues to be debited by this company. Have logged over two dozen attempts so far with no response. Unbelievably horrible service!! At my wits end. Would never recommend this company!

These guys are garbage, their customer service is extremely rude and inconsiderate. How you guys are still in business with garbage customer service is surprising. But it's not surprising to see your low rating. This is your typical "financial institution" that you hear about. Stay away from these guys. Unless you want an endless headache.
