I cannot recommend Creek Retreat enough! I’ve been getting hydrafacial treatments there every three months, and I’m absolutely in love with the results every single time. I am so lucky to have Creek Retreat in my community! I have struggled with mild seasonal depression in January and February and this year I decided to try something new…about 4-5 times a week I used Creek Retreat’s Full Body Red Light Therapy and Infrared 360 Cocoon. When we came to Serenbe, my sister had a nonstop cough until we went there and it died down so much. While we waited, me and my friend talked to the owner and had a fascinating conversation about the Tesla Coil. Definitely 10/10 and I would love to go again!
I have been going to Becky Ingram at Creek Retreat for Shockwave therapy on my achilles since this summer, which has greatly helped with the pain and inflammation I experience in my heel. I highly recommend Becky because of her professionalism in communicating the details, and her commitment to do the best for her patrons that come there for Shockwave and a variety of other wellness services.
