Several requests, complaints and calls have been made to Max Cook`s office about a horrendous animal cruelty case at 19063 Milfay Rd. Depew. He keeps saying we are working on it for the past 4 YEARS! A rescue in Bristow has been feeding the dogs off property and they were threatened and still nothing has been done. We need a New Creek Sheriff and District Attorney! Luckily I've only had to deal with him one time and it was a difficult situation a long time ago but I found him to be a reasonable person. I don't think I have to be registered in this county to like him. The situation happened over a couple of counties.
Unfortunately my dealings with the district attorney's office and assistant district attorney Kendall Kelly have left me broken hearted toward the system in Creek county .in an alleged unbiased and ethical system one would have a fair chance in Kendall Kelly's system the burden of proof, proves too much.
