My mom had an issue receiving her counseling certificate and after calling in three times I finally got a representative to assist. Tyler Bennett is an asset to this organization. I got disconnected, he called me back and took his time to assist in getting the information over to us. This young man went above and beyond and restored our faith in this organization. Thank you Tyler for a job well done!
They called me 8 times in less than 24 hours. I didn't even get a chance to call them back. The guy was super rude when I asked them to stop calling and told them the number of calls was excessive. I wasn't rude. The last thing he said was we don't want to deal with you anyway and hung up
