I had a huge bill that was sent to them. They were so flexible with me and with the amount I was able to pay at the time. They understood my financial struggles. After a few years of working with them (or should I say them working with me) this month, I was finally about to pay them off. They asked me if I would be willing to do a survey and I said absolutely. Probably the kindest collection agency I have worked with
