Not even one star,.... garbage company. Complete scammers! Don't waste your time or money!!
They promise so much in the beginning then get you to sign up and assign you to a rep. I unfortunately got Jeaneen who NEVER answered a call or called back. When I tried to call and speak to her supervisor I was treated poorly like my business did not matter. I had to change my bank account information because they gave me such a hassle when my husband and I wanted to cancel. I warn you, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! This company is HORRIBLE! My credit score did not change in the time frame as promised..Jeanene has the most horrible attitude and she only communicates via text message! She NEVER answers a phone call..Please dont wate your time with this bogus company!!!!
