I am extremely disappointed with Latitude’s service. For three days, my account was overdrawn by $12,500, causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience. Despite my constant follow-ups, I was met with unhelpful and rude staff members who failed to resolve the issue promptly. Some even claimed I would receive compensation within 5-6 days, yet no compensation has been provided to date. I had it and I paid off but still they are sending me an email saying that my payment is due… Hi Robert, A payment on your account is due on: Friday, November 1, 2024 I closed the account a year ago and I still get emails from them.
