People need to realize that this is a collection agency and people do not like to be reminded they have debt. I had something that slipped my mind and I forgot to take care of with the original creditor. I did call Credit World and spoke with a rep that was beyond helpful and worked with me to get my balance paid off.
Absolutely the worst collection agency out there! You can't call without them being rude and hanging up on you, and when you want to pay online they use technology third world countries laugh at! Kansas University is using this company and I honestly believe that some shady deal was struck under the table to have settled for such an embarrassment of a service!
I wuldnt even give them a star. They are rude. Told me that tbey are putting the bill in my husbands name also since they cant get the money from me. That i dont even owe, my daughters father is responsible for her medical bills. If they do that they will ne getting sued

I called to try and clear up a mix up and Lynn is who I spoke with. She was very rude, accusing me and told me I was "fishy", not willing to even let me finish a sentence without rudely interrupting me and speaking over me. Was not helpful in the least bit and probably one of the most hateful people I have ever spoken with in customer service. I will be contacting the BBB and reporting this. Abusive and Incompetent – They are so abusive, NKC Hospital is going to get sued becuase of their tactics. There is no talking to them even in a calm and polite manner, just rude and abusive everytime I call there. Right off the bat they started threatening me with my credit report first call. I make payments, they don't send statments. Now they are refusing to because it cost them a stamp. beyound scum! – Took my money and lied about it, reported to BBB, see if that goes anywhere, I agree NKC Hospital should associate with better people. They don't even qualify for a rating!
Rude and unethical. Do not do business with this collection agency, they are unlawful. Do not do business with any company that uses them. They will not work with you to pay off your medical bills.
