Absurdly long wait and NO INFO GIVEN at drive up teller. I was trying to pay off-\-\give YOU-\-\over $55K . After 15 minutes after submitting funds at the pneumatic tubes (and 3 other cars processed at the other lane) I was told "we are starting to process your loan payments now". 15 minutes-\-\with six cars behind me??? it took another 5 minutes to get my driver's license returned! NOT TO TAKE OUT MONEY, BUT TO GIVE YOU OVER $55,000. NO RECEIPT, NOTHING. I HAVE NO PROOF I WAS EVER THERE. No extra "processing time" was indic... read more
