Their lack of services and capabilities after hours and on the weekends are terrible.
They got us kicked off of zelle, stole $400 from us, and then argued with me called me a liar saying that I tried to zelle somebody $400 when my account was negative $400 even though somebody was trying to zelle me so it wouldn't be negative on my end however the team here at credit union doesn't give a damn about what you think all they care about is what's on that screen in front of them if you speak with their managers they still don't care these are the most unprofessional bankers I've ever seen or dealt with, we're movi... read more
Family within this CU since the 80s. Personal experience isn’t rateable. Bc decent service doesn’t exist here. In 30 years time I’ve had more struggles bc of their outrageous and illegal practices with sharing families account information with other relatives over time. And even worse than that through my experience. My kids also do their banking here. Thankfully they have moved on to bigger and better financial institutions locally. Do not bank here. I've had this CU since 2000. It's not too bad, but I called the bank a while back about a fraudulent charge and the idiot on the other end told me a "pending" charge has already gone through and there's nothing they can do about it. Where's my fraud protection? I lost $140 because she said there's nothing they can do. Can't even dispute it? Pending means pending. Also the not being open on Saturday thing blows.
