Family within this CU since the 80s. Personal experience isn’t rateable. Bc decent service doesn’t exist here. In 30 years time I’ve had more struggles bc of their outrageous and illegal practices with sharing families account information with other relatives over time. And even worse than that through my experience. My kids also do their banking here. Thankfully they have moved on to bigger and better financial institutions locally. Do not bank here. I've had this CU since 2000. It's not too bad, but I called the bank a while back about a fraudulent charge and the idiot on the other end told me a "pending" charge has already gone through and there's nothing they can do about it. Where's my fraud protection? I lost $140 because she said there's nothing they can do. Can't even dispute it? Pending means pending. Also the not being open on Saturday thing blows.
Great credit union they do so much for the community and have such amazing employees!
Monica or Monique I don't know what her name is but she takes the word of somebody that walks in off the street and listens to slander on another person and goes into their bank and garnishes all their wages says fraud and return checks of which none of them are true just going by the word of somebody walked in off the street who happened to be the POA the nephew of a woman who just passed away never came by never called live-in caretaker can tell you that for sure.
