I recently visited this business and, while I truly appreciate the policies and precautions they have in place to keep customer accounts safe and protected, my experience left me feeling a bit discouraged. The staff seemed more focused on moving on to the next customer, than connecting with the people they’re meant to help. I have banking with them nearly 8 years. In last two years everything is like jumping through hoops. i am tired of it. Edit: it now 8 months later, they only get more rude and have more nonesense. I am so close to closing my account. If you dont want to jump through of hoops of nonsense. Bank else where
