When the center doubles up as a theatre event center, there is lack of organization regarding parking and entry.
Even airports allow empty water bottles. Charging patrons for water is absurd.
Attended the Sonu Nigam show at CUTX Event Centre. While the performance was enjoyable, the overall event experience could have been better. The stage lights were unnecessarily bright and blinding at times, making it uncomfortable for the audience. The sound quality was also inconsistent and choppy in several places, which affected the concert experience. For a venue hosting a major artist, I expected better lighting and sound management. Hopefully, these issues can be addressed for future events.
