I drove 1 hour around the town to deposit in my account. They have branches closed and when called to customer service you can never reach representative.. worst experience.
How does a bank not print debit cards ? Lol
Worst bank ever to bank with especially this branch, their $&@! card machine doesn’t work so we have to drive another 15 minutes west because they have one at another location that works, when asked why they can’t over night one they said they won’t pay for the over night fee because there’s a branch 15 minutes away!!! Starting with the manager they should go work at a Mc Donald’s !!!!!!
Unbelievably dysfunctional organization. I can't believe the comedy of errors that went into getting a car loan. In the end I went with a different lender and severed any ties with this disorganized clown show. ************ Edit: The fact that they answer this review, promising to get in touch, and then never doing it just proves my point. An organization that never does what they say.
