I have been a member for over 20 years, they cut it off because it was used fraudulently on October 23, had to order it 2 times I never received it. It's now November 30 and still haven't got it. I have to add that I'm not in Texas at the moment, so I can't drive to the bank and pick up a new one. Every time I call them they are super rude and don't give a flying (insert dirty word here) .
