This is the worst credit union I have ever had an account with. First the staff is very unprofessional and do very little to help their members. I had called the bank several times over and over repeatedly maybe 4 or 5 times non stop hoping that a representative will answer, to no avail…no one answer. When I finally reached some one which was like 2 to 3 days later, I asked to be transferred to CEO extension. I have left 3 messages since February 25th. Would love to leave less than 1 star. HORRIBLE service. Have been trying for 2 days and a total of hours each day to reach a human on phone. Automated system sends you round and round. Get your money out of here people. Total incompetence.

I went to the bank on the 3rd of July & pulled off without grabbing my card so the atm sucked it back in .. I called my bank the 5th of July beinh the 4th was a Holiday . I called that morning to ask did they have my card & a new employee told me “No , once the machine sucks it back in , it destroys the card .” That statement was false . So the new employee order me a new card and says it take up to 14 days to get the new card .
