Curious if others have had the awful experience I have had with this institution getting responses and helping pushing through loan applications. Ive had multiple loans with multiple other institutions and this has not been my experience normally.

The staff at the Credit Union of Ohio are incredibly unkind, inconsiderate, harsh, and unprofessional. After being with their credit union for over (4) years I have been repeatedly taken advantage of by their excessive fees and very delayed responses to requests for information or assistance. I strongly encourage you to shop elsewhere for a bank. Their out-of-date services and rude mentality will definitely create more headache than you need in the long run.
