It's my Bank, they have helped me accomplish so much in such a short period of time, so grateful for them, they are very insightful and knowledgeable on all things finance and more, and show a caring and understanding that usually is not at most traditional Banks or Credit Unions
I came in today and there was literally no one waiting and I only had a question about my credit cards. I signed in the first time and signed in a second time because I wasn’t sure if it went in the first time since I was just waiting, either way when “Michelle” made a face to the security guard upon calling me and yeah won’t be coming back to this location for any inquiries, customer service sucks here for sure but hey it’s Trenton what can I do ?
