The ladies are kind, sensitive, and patient. Very helpful.
Love this place, representative's always friendly and courteous. Love the fact that you don't have to use a debit card at the ATM and able to use the real ID and speak with someone live on screen. Seems safer than any other bank I ever had. Dealt with identity thief situations at other bank's that are national wide banks. Feel better with the state based bank for New Jersey. Staff is good, but don't go there 40mins before they close they will turn you AWAY! They will not call you via phone if you select to be called back, you have to keep emailing back and forth with them or make an appointment, just to get easy questions answered.
