Having to have an APPOINTMENT IS VERY IRRITATING! Sometimes you need help or documents RIGHT NOW ! NOT NEXT WEEK !!
absolutely terrible all around. slow service at all times, there will be 4 tellers and only one or two of them actually helping customers while there’s a line backing out the door. plus now they’re only open 3 days a week & close at 4’o clock and that’s supposed to be okay
